In the name of continuity, the main goal is to address the great challenges in a changing world and seize the opportunities to further develop the actuarial profession from all perspectives. It entails looking further ahead, pursuing a strategic plan to support these objectives. Therefore, the focus is on strengthening the AAE’s organization, increasing collaboration with all AAE’s member associations, enhancing education, communication, and professionalism, implementing the necessary skills, and solidifying relationships with stakeholders, especially institutional ones like the European Commission, members of the European Parliament, and EIOPA.”
