The European Actuary #45 is out

March 3, 2026

The Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE) has published a new edition of its quarterly magazine The European Actuary (No. 45, March 2026). This issue spans health, life & longevity, regulation, and AI — from prevention-focused health analytics to actuarial reporting topics and practical resources for working with artificial intelligence.

The headline feature, “Using Modelling for a Healthy Future”, interviews Camilla Holm (PFA Denmark) on combining data science/AI and human health expertise to support earlier interventions and reduce long-term sickness absence. The edition also includes health-related research such as a disability insurance study by Munich Re and a life-focused deep dive on socio-economic longevity inequalities.

And for actuview users: the full Camilla Holm interview is available as a video on actuview, so you can watch the conversation in addition to reading it in the magazine: https://actuview.com/videos/5098
