The Actuarial Media Center (AMC) – host of actuview and actupool – is proud to announce the launch of its latest platform: actubase. This latest offer for the actuarial world is a networking hub for actuarial communities – nationally as well as across borders. actubase creates a space for actuarial professionals to connect online, exchange ideas, share experience, and facilitate connections within the industry.

The state-of-the-art community platform brings groups, news, event notifications, messaging options, and many more features to the users as a one-stop-shop for everything actuarial. But mostly, it is a place to meet and to discuss, to share and to learn from each other.
In April, the first community within actubase went live, the Junge Community DAV, for all young talents of the German Association of Actuaries. It was followed by the launch of the French Club Jeunes Actuaires. And in just a few days, young actuaries from all over Europe will be invited to join the YAI Community group of the Young Actuaries Initiative.

In the future, additional groups and communities will be established to provide actuaries from various fields, countries, and with diverse interests the opportunity to network. Watch this space for the perfect community for you to join.
