The Convention is the annual flagship event of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASSA). The 52nd Convention took place at the Sandton Convention Centre from 5 to 6 November 2025.

ASSA is an actuarial organisation of substance and stature. It serves, and is valued by, its stakeholders as a primary source of authoritative advice and thought leadership in the understanding, modelling, and management of financial and other measurable risk. It is a member-driven organisation that develops the knowledge, expertise, and skills of members to grow the profession and impact positively on society and the wider fields in which actuaries contribute.

In 2025, we were again able to provide a diverse programme on various actuarial fields. All 40 recordings will soon be available to all actuview users.
